AI Voice Detector is free-first. This policy explains refund and cancellation handling for the $9.90/month Pro subscription with up to 20 checks per day.

Current status

If you only use the free detector, there is no payment to refund. Pro payments are handled through the checkout provider shown before purchase.

Pro subscription

For the $9.90/month Pro subscription with up to 20 checks per day, refund eligibility is based on subscription timing and usage:

  • Users may cancel future renewal from the account or billing portal when subscription management is available.
  • A first-month refund may be reviewed within 14 days if the subscription was not used heavily.
  • Renewal payments are generally not refundable after the new billing period is used, unless there was a billing error or service failure.
  • Refunds do not change or remove detection results already returned by the service.

Service limitations

Detection results are probability-style signals. A refund is not granted only because a result is unclear, because a user disagrees with a score, or because a clip requires additional human review. The service should not be used as the sole basis for legal, employment, financial, law enforcement, or safety decisions.

Billing errors and failed access

If a payment is duplicated, the wrong product is charged, or Pro access is not applied to the signed-in account, contact support with the payment receipt and account email. We will review the issue and either restore access or request a refund through the payment processor.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the payment email, order ID, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Refunds, when approved, are returned through the original payment method.
